Most dictionaries offer simple translations: Really? Come on. No way. It's okay. Don't worry. The problem is that none of them is correct. Or rather, each of them is correct only sometimes. The real meaning depends not on the words themselves but on the relationship between the speakers, the situation, the tone of voice, facial expression, and even shared experience.
